It depends on the scope, which we agree before starting. A typical brand identity project includes: primary logo, colour palette, typography system, one or two supporting graphic elements, and an agreed set of brand applications. A brand guidelines document is available as an add-on or is included in the Studio and Flagship packages.
The Start package includes 3 revision rounds. Studio includes 5. Flagship is unlimited. A revision round means you review the work, send us consolidated written feedback, and we work through all of it before the next review. We do not track minor corrections as revision rounds.
Yes. Many of our projects extend or apply existing brand systems rather than starting from scratch. We review your guidelines at the start, flag anything that will create problems and work within the constraints you have established.
Final deliverables include native source files (Illustrator, Figma, After Effects as appropriate), export formats agreed at the project start (PDF, PNG, SVG, MP4 etc.) and file organisation that makes sense for how you will actually use the assets.
The Start package has a 14-day delivery window from project kickoff. Studio is 21 days. Flagship is agreed per-project based on scope. These timelines assume timely client feedback. Delays caused by late approvals extend the timeline proportionally.
Yes. All our work is delivered digitally, so geography is not a constraint. We have worked with clients across Italy and in several EU countries. We can also accommodate English and Italian as working languages within the same project.
