2. Services
whitedog-design provides digital design services: brand identity, UI/UX design, web design, print and packaging design, motion design and custom illustration. All services are delivered digitally as files, documents and digital assets. No physical goods are included.
3. Payment
Fixed-scope projects require full payment before work begins. All payments processed via Stripe in euros.
4. Intellectual Property
All design deliverables become client property upon full payment receipt. Working files, templates and internal methodologies remain the property of whitedog-design. Third-party assets (fonts, stock) are licensed for the specified use only.
5. Revisions
Revision rounds are specified per package. Additional revisions beyond the agreed rounds are billed at the hourly rate.
6. Liability
Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect losses.
7. Governing Law
Italian law. Jurisdiction: Tribunale Civile di La Spezia, Italy.
